• Other Areas: 3–7 business days

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: Available on eligible orders (if applicable).

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan, subject to courier service availability.

Order Tracking

Failed Delivery

If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with your order number and clear photos of the package.
